Congratulations to VFW Post 1316

Once you have received a confirmation email, you will need to pay your $50 rental deposit fee (either through CashApp or in person at the Post) to secure your date and time. Once your deposit is received and your rental contract is signed by the Post Quartermaster and approved, then your event will be placed on the Post Calendar. Once you receive confirmation, please pay your $150 rental fee as soon as possible to prevent someone else from securing your date. You must pay $150 (14) days prior to your event, or your $50 deposit will be forfeited. If you clean up after your event, your deposit will be refunded to you. Only cancellations prior to 15 days from your event will be accepted.

(It means that to receive any potential refund of your rental fees, you must cancel at least 15 days before the scheduled date of your event. Cancellations made within the 15-day window will be accepted or may incur penalties.)

All cancellation decisions must be emailed ASAP to the Post using the email address below.

** This is a private club for the members of VFW. Members cannot be denied access to the Post. If you want to have a completely private event. You will have to secure a date that the Post is not open.**

**Please do not submit full payment through Cash App until your event has been approved.**
